How do I order a box?
Please visit our order page HERE. You can also click the link in our bio on Instagram and Facebook.
How do I pay for my order?
We will send you an invoice within 24hrs of your order request. Once invoice is received you will have to pay it within 24hrs via credit card. We will also accept cash, venmo, paypal or check if needed. We require a 50% deposit a week before for catering orders.
Does Charcuterie Chic Deliver?
Delivery is available within Philadelphia for an additional $15 depending on availability. Delivery is also available for catering orders for an additional price. The price is dependent on drop off location and availability.
Does Charcuterie Chic cater to Vegans/Vegetarians?
Absolutely! You will have that option to choose from in the order form.
How do I receive my box?
All orders are pick up only at this time. We provide our Philadelphia address when orders are finalized. We offer delivery options for an additional charge for catering orders and some normal orders depending on availability.
Do we deliver for gifts?
Depending on availability we will accomodate deliveries within Philadelphia for an additional charge.
Does Charcuterie Chic create custom orders?
We do create custom orders at our clients request for an additional charge. Let us know your theme and we will get creative.
What health precautions are you taking with COVID-19?
We are taking COVID-19 very seriously. All orders are created with gloves and masks. We sanitize our space and materials between orders. Curbside pickup and individual boxes are available for all orders.
